"To become a NewsTalk Op, you must be of good character, have good morals, and participate on the channel frequently. It demands commitment, dedication and loyalty. One has to demonstrate that they are fair and non judgmental and have a respect for others. Knowledge of irc is desirable but not necessary as we are a team and will help each other.
